No-Shows

If a client is unsatisfied, they must notify the barber or shop staff before leaving the premises so corrective action may be considered.

Once a client leaves the premises, The Fade Brothers cannot guarantee adjustments or corrections.

Results may vary based on hair type, condition, and client instructions.


Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Arrive on time for appointments
  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Treat staff and other clients respectfully
  • Follow shop policies


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.


Health and Safety Disclosure

Liability
