  • CANCELLATIONS

    Please cancel your appointment at least 2 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

  • NO-SHOWS

    Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a no-show fee.

  • LATE ARRIVALS

    Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled, with a late fee applied.

  • MOBILE HAIRCUTS

    For haircuts at your location, a travel fee will be added to the service cost.

  • CARD SECURITY

    We do not store or accept lock cards.

  • HAIR HYGIENE

    Clients with unclean or sweaty hair may be asked to reschedule, and an inconvenience fee will apply.

  • SLIDE IN HAIRCUTS

    Unscheduled or last-minute haircut requests may incur an additional fee.

  • WALK-IN HAIRCUTS

    While we do accept walk-ins, availability is limited. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee a spot.
